I first picked up a camera at age seven in Rochester, NY. As a teenager, the focus of my photos was usually friends and skateboarding. This hobby lead to photographing skateboarding and BMX contests as well as videography for Rochester based KINK BMX.

Web design came later. I began designing and developing web pages in the mid-nineties, hand coding the html on a Mac Powerbook 100. Since then I've designed pages for the Bell South yellow pages in Atlanta , Georgia at Kaplan Communications and then for four years in Washington, DC at Student Horizons where I designed and coded web sites and html e-mails for small businesses and universities. My work in DC also involved the design of print layouts for college guidebooks. In July of 2008, I relocated to Minneapolis, MN and have been working as a freelance web design/developer and print layout designer for various clients. I also attended classes at Minneapolis Community Technical College to hone my web design and development skills and received a certificate in web design and web development.

As for photography, I shoot a wide range of subjects using traditional film, digital, medium format, polariod and toy cameras. My images have been used in: Musee de l’Elysee’s exhibit ‘We are all photographers now!’, The New Yorker Magazine, The Washington Post Magazine, The Rochester Insider Weekly published by the Democrat and Chronicle, Cheneliére Education Geography Textbook " Enjeux et territoires", Faction BMX Magazine, USA Roller Sports Magazine, the Fotolog Book, DCist, Minneapolis Metblogs, PBS’ ‘A Capitol 4th’ and various galleries in the DC Metro Area.
